Q) When do I receive the tracking information?
A) Please allow 24-48 hours to process and fulfill your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking number and link to the courier company.


Q) What happens if my guarantee product gets damaged after a few days of use by my dog?
A) Our warranty covers the damage from your dog of the item, ensuring that the product is delivered in pristine condition and free of damage. However, it is important to note that durability over time depends on several factors, including how often your dog uses it, its size, and the condition of its teeth. Because of this variability, we cannot offer returns or refunds after the product has been damaged from a categorized dog.

Shipping costs in the case of a return are the responsibility of the customer.


Q) What happens if my dog accidentally swallows a piece of a toy?
A) Warnings for safe use:

  1. Please always supervise your dog while playing with this toy.
  2. Regularly check the condition of the toy to ensure there are no damaged or detached pieces that could be ingested.
  3. In the event that the toy incurs damage or parts become detached, it is recommended to replace it immediately.
  4. Do not allow your dog to chew on or ingest pieces of the toy.
  5. Not suitable for dogs with a tendency to chew aggressively or destructively.

Q) How can I check the status of my order?
A) Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking number so you can track your order. You will not be able to track your order before the email. Once you receive the email, to check the status of your order simply go to our special "Track Your Order" page and type in your tracking number or your email + order number.

Q) Do you ship orders on weekends?
A) No, orders received on weekends will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Q) How long does it take to ship?
A) Shipping times vary depending on the amount of orders the courier has to deliver and can take 6 to 10 business days, after processing.

Q) My tracking information shows as delivered, but I have not received my package, what should I do?
A) Shipments sometimes show as delivered on the tracking page, usually just before the shipment actually arrives.
